PhD Candidate
University of New Brunswick, Saint John

Picture

Welcome!

My name is Lauren Rowsey and I am a fifth year PhD candidate at the University of New Brunswick Saint John under the supervision of Dr. Ben Speers-Roesch. I completed my BSc at the University of Texas at Austin where I carried out research with Dr. Andrew Esbaugh on how oil exposure impacts the physiology and behavior of larval fish. For my PhD thesis, I am investigating whether limitations on physiological performance explain winter dormancy in fishes. When I’m not doing research, you can find me either on a sailboat or mountain bike!

What's new?
